Many buyers begin their Turks & Caicos property search from somewhere else in the world. Often, the first opportunity they have to decide whether they are speaking with the right person is an email or a phone call.
I take that first conversation very seriously.
I listen to what the buyer is looking for, but also to the context around it: how they expect to use the property, what matters to their family, what concerns them, what they have experienced before and what they may be uncertain about.
If they mention something I can genuinely relate to, I engage with it. Not as a sales technique, but because comfort matters. A sophisticated buyer is assessing me at the same time I am trying to understand them.
That initial conversation does not need to close anything. Its job is to establish whether there is trust, comfort and a reason to continue the relationship. My job from there is to keep earning that confidence through responsiveness, judgment and performance.
